We specialize in freight that requires expertise, the right equipment, and a carrier who knows what they're doing.
Standard 48' and 53' flatbed for machinery, building materials, steel, and lumber — plus two-level step deck trailers for overheight freight that exceeds standard clearance. Open deck done right.
Removable gooseneck trailers for the heaviest and tallest loads. Cranes, large equipment, transformers, and anything requiring a low ride height.
Temperature-controlled loads for food, beverage, pharmaceuticals, and perishables. Maintaining product integrity from pickup to delivery.
Municipal overflow hauling, C&D debris transport, transfer station runs, and city contract work across the DFW metro. Built for volume, compliant by design.
We handle wide loads, overlength freight, and anything requiring state permits. Pilot car coordination, route planning, and full compliance on every move.
When it has to be there, we make it happen. Expedited lanes, construction site deliveries, and hard-to-cover loads that other carriers pass on.
American Freight Force operates as a certified capacity partner for municipal environmental hauling across the Dallas-Fort Worth metro — positioning our fleet to absorb overflow volume, bid on city-issued contracts, and move waste material when the system needs extra horsepower.
The DFW metroplex generates millions of tons of municipal solid waste, construction debris, and industrial material every year. Sanitation services divisions across Dallas and Tarrant counties, along with private operators like Republic Services and Waste Management Inc., regularly require overflow hauling capacity when transfer stations hit volume limits, when special events generate excess debris, or when demolition and infrastructure projects flood the system.
This is where AFF steps in. We operate full-size semi-tractors capable of pulling 48–53 foot end-dump, walking-floor, and flatbed trailers built for high-volume waste transport. We are set up to bid on subcontracting opportunities issued through the City of Dallas Office of Procurement Services, Tarrant County procurement, and NCTCOG regional environmental programs.
Our USDOT registration, commercial insurance, and Texas-based operations give us the compliance profile required to work alongside sanitation agencies and municipal operators without friction. We show up on schedule, handle the volume, and document the haul.
When DFW transfer stations hit capacity, compacted MSW (municipal solid waste) needs to move fast to the landfill. AFF provides on-call hauling from station to final disposal site — primarily McCommas Bluff Landfill — to keep the system from backing up. We respond to overflow calls same-day and run as many trips as volume requires.
Construction and demolition projects across DFW — from IH-30 and I-635 corridor expansions to downtown Dallas and Fort Worth development teardowns — generate massive volumes of concrete, masonry, drywall, and mixed debris. AFF hauls C&D material from job sites to approved disposal facilities including the McCommas Bluff C&D Landfill and certified private facilities throughout the DFW metro.
Dallas Water Utilities operates multiple wastewater treatment plants that produce dewatered biosolids requiring transport to land application sites or permitted disposal facilities. AFF is equipped to move biosolid material in compliant tankers and flatbed configurations from facilities such as the Southside Wastewater Treatment Plant under contract or as-needed overflow support.
The State Fair of Texas at Fair Park, Dallas Marathon, Deep Ellum events, and large-scale city gatherings generate overflow waste volumes that strain standard routes. AFF provides contracted hauling during and immediately after major events — moving compacted waste and bulk debris from designated staging points to disposal facilities on a defined schedule.
DFW-area sanitation brush collection and bulk item pickup programs periodically require subcontracted haulers during peak seasons — spring cleanup drives, storm debris recovery, and neighborhood beautification programs. AFF supplements city crews by transporting collected yard waste, brush, and bulk items to composting facilities and green waste processors across the region.
The City of Dallas Code Compliance Services Division operates active illegal dump site cleanup programs across underserved neighborhoods in South and West Dallas. Cleanup operations require hauling contractors to transport collected waste to McCommas Bluff or authorized facilities. AFF provides the semi-truck capacity to move large cleanup volumes efficiently — fully documented per city contract requirements.
The DFW metro's primary active municipal solid waste landfill, operated by the City of Dallas Sanitation Services. Located off S. Central Expressway in southeast Dallas, McCommas Bluff is the primary end destination for transfer station overflow loads across the region. AFF runs direct haul routes from DFW transfer stations into this facility as a regular overflow contract lane.
One of the DFW area's primary MSW transfer hubs, serving the northwest quadrant of Dallas. During high-volume collection periods, the station requires outside haulers to move compacted loads to McCommas Bluff. AFF operates overflow lanes out of Northwest Transfer on as-needed call contracts.
Serving South Dallas collection routes, the Southeast Transfer Station handles significant volume from some of the city's highest-density residential areas. Overflow hauling from this facility to McCommas Bluff is a core lane for AFF — short miles, high trip frequency, and consistent volume make it ideal for semi-truck overflow capacity.
The C&D section of the McCommas Bluff complex accepts concrete, asphalt, drywall, masonry, and mixed demolition debris from permitted contractors. AFF hauls C&D material from city demolition projects and private development sites across Dallas County directly to this facility under contractor load tickets.
One of the DFW metro's largest wastewater treatment facilities, located near the Trinity River. Dewatered biosolids produced here require transport to permitted land application sites or Class B disposal locations in North and Central Texas. AFF is positioned to serve as a subcontract carrier for biosolids transport as this volume scales.
Republic Services operates multiple collection, transfer, and disposal facilities across the DFW metro. During surge periods, Republic sub-contracts commercial semi-truck haulers to handle transfer station overflow and long-haul disposal runs. AFF is positioned as a compliant subcontract carrier for Republic overflow capacity across DFW corridors.
If you're a municipal procurement office, a primary waste operator, or a developer managing a demolition project anywhere in the DFW metro — we are set up and ready to submit. Contact us to discuss overflow capacity, subcontract availability, or to request our carrier packet.
